This is an outdoor attraction located right next to the touristic destination “Krushuna Waterfalls” near the town of Lovech, Bulgaria. AFCM was involved starting with the pre-opening processes, i.e. employees’ recruitment, trainings, services packages & marketing of attraction, and continuing with post-opening and continuous development (event management, maintenance, winter-closing, reopening, and etc.)
